SMS Messaging Consent

This page describes how aiChemist Agency collects your consent before sending SMS/text messages, what types of messages you may receive, and how to manage your messaging preferences.

SMS Is Optional — Not Required for Service

You can submit our forms, book consultations, and receive all of our services without opting in to SMS. SMS consent is collected via a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default and is never required to submit a form, schedule a consultation, or purchase our services. Providing a phone number alone does not sign you up for SMS — you must actively check the SMS consent box or text a keyword like START to opt in.

How We Collect Your Consent

aiChemist Agency obtains your explicit, informed consent before sending any SMS/text messages. Phone numbers provided on our forms are used for callbacks and service delivery by default. SMS consent is separate and optional, and is collected through one or more of the following methods:
